Shipping & returns

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.
We ship across Canada with tracked delivery through Stallion Express. We also ship to selected destinations in the United States and the UAE; available options and prices are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Free standard shipping applies to Canadian orders over the amount shown in the banner at the top of the site.
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country; these are the recipient’s responsibility.

For Canadian deliveries, GST/HST and, where applicable, PST/QST are calculated from your delivery province and shown at checkout.

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened, used or tested cannot be returned.
Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was sent in error.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
Gift sets, samples/decants, testers and discounted or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
